The Introduction Of Sealing Material PTFE

PTFE has a melting point of 327℃, a density of 2.18 ~ 2.3g/cm3 and a Shore hardness of 50D~65D. It has excellent chemical stability and self-lubricating properties and is the most widely used fluoroplastic. It has excellent overall performance, such as high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, non-adhesion, high insulation, high lubrication, nontoxicity. However, PTFE has poor creep resistance, poor wear resistance and a large expansion coefficient. Therefore, it is often necessary to overcome these drawbacks by filling and modifying.
