Spring Seal/spring energized seal/ Variseal is a U-shaped Teflon high-performance seal with a special spring inside. The sealing lip (face) is pushed out by appropriate spring force and system fluid pressure. Gently press the sealed metal surface to produce a very excellent sealing effect. The actuation effect of the spring can overcome the slight eccentricity of the metal mating surface and the wear of the sealing lip, and continue to maintain the expected sealing performance.
